Tasting Notes:  Pale straw in color with white fruits and flowers - honeysuckle, jasmine and pineapple - the JNC Blanc de Blancs is a prime example of Halter Valley Chardonnay from our estate. Upon entry, the flavors are white peach and apple, with a light frame of mellow citrus.
