TASTING NOTES
The complex nose is perfumed with fresh mission fig, Madagascar vanilla bean, fresh tobacco, blackberry and crushed rose petals. On the palate the wine shows classic Oakville with notes of black cherry, boysenberry and cassis with lingering notes of dark cocoa, cloves and pink peppercorns. The wine has great viscosity and tannin integration.

HARVEST - 2020 The 2020 growing season was one of the most challenging years we can remember with so many weather events starting with an extreme dry winter and a very warm growing season. The 2 fires changed the season completely and The Vineyard House was fortunate to be in Halter Valley, where the grapes were protected until they could be harvested and crushed.
